SRK might give up Smoking

In a move that may look like a publicity stunt but surely brings relief to the health minister A Ramadoss and Gauri Khan, SRK is contemplating on dithching the magic dragon.

Shah Rukh Khan revealed his quest in an interview in Malayalam Manorma, a Malyalam daily. "I am planning to quit smoking for the sake of my children, who hate to see me smoke," he said, "It is a blessing in disguise and I will quit smoking in the next two months."

Health Minister A Ramadoss always stated that Kind Khan's smoking habit was a bad influence for millions of his young fans who idolize him and take up smoking. There has been well publicized friction between SRK and Ramadoss since a long time.

Like many others who are addicted to nicotine, it will be an uphill task for SRK. He started smoking when he was 22... and hasn't stopped since the last 20 years. But lets hope he surprises the world again, the way he did when he managed to chisel up his body for Om Shanti Om.

Smoking has been a hassle in Bollywood lately since movies are no more allowed to portray and glamorize cigarettes.
